The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering wonderful views of the valley, forests, and the village of Schönwald. The bright living area features a cozy seating corner and a large dining table—ideal for shared meals, game nights, and relaxing hours. Smart TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. There is also a washing machine in the guest bathroom. On the balcony, you will find a large table, four comfortable chairs, and an electric grill. One bedroom with high-quality mattresses and duvets is available upstairs together with the bathroom. In the living area, there is a sofa bed for two, and an extra guest bed can be provided. Downstairs, a sauna is available for shared use (can be booked privately at times). A bicycle storage room and a covered parking space in the garage are also at your disposal. Schönwald is a recognized spa town—ideal for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and cross-country skiing. In the combined living and sleeping area, you will find a fold-out wall bed, a 1.40 m wide sofa bed, and a TV with video-on-demand. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a Sodastream. Upon request, a baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children can be provided. The apartment is step-free and accessible, and you can easily reach the 5th floor by elevator. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer available for all residents.
